Dr. Monica Vieth grew up in Buffalo, NY and moved to Jacksonville in 2014. She completed her undergraduate degree at Nova Southeastern University where she had a full ride as a NCAA D2 collegiate tennis player. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2018.
Dr. Vieth specializes in myopia management, dry eye disease and specialty contact lenses, along with managing various eye diseases. She is looking forward to joining the Visionary Eye Care team and creating long lasting relationships with her patients here in St. Augustine.
Dr. Vieth has a busy home life and enjoys playing with her two kids, Mia (3) and Mackson (1). Her husband, Felipe, is from Chile and they frequently go back to visit with his family. In her free time she enjoys running, playing tennis, reading and traveling
