Dr. Ashley Noegel is an accomplished optometrist who is deeply committed to her patients' health and well-being. Born and raised in Starke, Florida, Dr. Noegel has always had a keen interest in serving her community. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Central Florida and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) College of Optometry in 2014.
Following graduation, Dr. Noegel completed a residency at the Lake City VA Medical Center, focusing on primary eye care and low vision. During this time, she developed a particular skill in treating ocular diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy—areas in which she has extensive experience and expertise. In 2015, Dr. Noegel joined the team at Visionary Eye Care, where she has since been instrumental in enhancing the practice’s comprehensive services.
Dr. Noegel takes great pride in building lasting relationships with her patients and their families, placing a strong emphasis on personalized care and patient education. She offers a full scope of primary eye care services, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and the management of both acute and chronic ocular conditions.
Outside the office, Dr. Noegel enjoys spending quality time with her family, diving into a good book, cheering for the Jacksonville Jaguars, and attending college football games.
